My name is Jess, I am a qualified self 

mastery mentor & coach, a Registered Nurse and a Mum of a beautiful boy,

I have always had a passion for helping people get back to health but wanted to be able to help people in the community as well, so I studied Health and Wellness Coaching with 'Wellness Coaching Australia' and fell in love with helping people outside of the hospital to transform their lives for the better.

As your coach I am here to help you navigate your journey but as you are the master of your own life you are going to be in the driver seat in figuring out how we can get you to where you vision to be and thriving.
